The New Skoda Enyaq Facelift has arrived with fresh looks and updated technology.
All of the changes apply to the SUV and Coupe versions. These changes include the new design language now incorporating the brand's 'Tech-Deck' styling. This was introduced on the smaller Elroq and this incorporates a slim black bar which houses sensor's and radars as well as a broken LED Light bar and the LED Daytime Running Lights. The main headlights have been split and are lower down and are now incorporated into the air vents. the lower central air vent is also bigger too. The bumper is more streamlined than before helping it have better aerodynamics on both SUV and Coupe. We also get the Skoda lettering up front and round back there is a new set of broken style taillights similar to other Skoda's. Inside changes are limited to a new steering wheel design and a new infotainment system as well as some new materials
The trim level setup hasn't been announced yet but it will likely consist of SE L, Edition, Sportline and later the vRS model. Powertrain options have also been carried over unchanged which means you should be able to get the regular 60 model with 200 bhp and a 58 kWh battery pack capable of 268 miles. The next model will be the 80 model and this has a bigger battery pack at 77 kWh and a more powerful motor at 282 bhp. Range is also better at 359 miles. The top of the range model will be the 80x model and this uses the same battery pack but adds another motor to give 4 wheel drive but the power is still capped at 282 bhp. As i have said above there will be a hotter vRS model coming soon.
Sadly, given the Enyaq is based on the Volkswagen MEB platform you wont be able to get the better 79 kWh battery pack but this could come in the new vRS model.
Prices have not been finalised yet but they should cost more than the £36,970 from today's model with the Coupe version having a £2,000 premium over the regular model. We do know there will be more standard equipment over the pre facelift model though.
