This is the new 2025 Aston Martin Vanquish

The Aston Martin Vanquish is back with a 5.2 litre V12 engine replacing the DBS.

The 5.2 litre V12 is the most powerful engine yet with 823 bhp and 1,000Nm of torque. This is thanks to a new redesigned top end with new camshafts and new turbochargers. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8 speed ZF automatic gearbox. There is also an electronically controlled limited slip differential on the rear axle too. All of this gives the Vanquish a 3.3 second 0-62 time and a 214 mph top speed.

Along with the big upgrades to the engine department, Aston Martin has given the body and chassis a few key upgrades. To start with the 80 mm extended wheelbase over the DBS. This makes the car 4,850mm in length which is a big car for a coupe. To help reduce the weight though, the Vanquish has been fully constructed from Carbon fibre and it sits on top of Aston's common aluminum structure. This means you get a double wishbone up front and multi link at the rear.

To accompany the new body structure, we get a new design with a new bigger grill and new simpler body lines. We also get a new set of headlights upfront that give it a premium DB12 look. Moving round to the back and we get a unique classic Kamm style rear end with bespoke Pixel style LED taillights and an inner carbon fibre panel giving this car a supercar and almost concept style look.

Inside the new Aston and we get a similar design to the DB12 and Vantage. We get the new bespoke Aston Martin infotainment system which works much better than the old Mercedes unit. We also get new centre console controls and a new steering wheel which when all put together makes the Vanquish a nice place to be. Not only is this car about straight line performance but it is also about comfort and GT driving and this really shows on the inside. There is even space for your bespoke luggage bags too.

With the Vanquish being more GT like than any of its predecessors and its Ferrari 12Cillindri there is some speculation of a new higher end more hard core model to sit above the Vanquish. There is still room above for a hard core Aston Martin.

The New Aston Martin Vanquish is available to order now with an expected starting price of £333,000. We don't yet know when the deliveries will start but Aston Martin say that they are building no more than 1,000 units a year.
